Damaged Goods

Please verify that your goods have been shipped without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for without notification to the shipping company.

 

Freight

Protective Film reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit. Some products carry Special Delivery Conditions and may cost more than the standard site quoted rates when shipping outside metro areas.

All freight deliveries are booked as ATL (Authority to Leave) unless customer has requested a signature is required (NOTE: this may attract higher shipping costs) ATL is given in the event of the receiver not being home to sign for the consignment. It allows couriers to leave your package without obtaining a signature.

Please note: Refund or replacement is not our responsibility if the tracking or POD (proof of delivery) shows your item has been delivered, your package is no longer covered for LOSS by the sender and is now the sole responsibility on the consumer. It this event we will do our best to assist where we can in aid of helping find lost or stolen goods. Generally our delivery diver will take a photo of where the goods have been placed and this can be provided on request.
